There are three different guarantees available, depending on what your project is:

Full Contract Where you are managing the whole project on behalf of the owner.	Carpentry Labour Only Where the homeowner decides to act as project manager and will organise all the materials and sub contractors directly, so the guarantee applies only to your work.	Kitset Loss of Deposit Covers the homeowner when they've paid their deposit but something happens, such as the death, disappearance, legal incapacity, or insolvency of their builder or the kitset provider, and they don’t receive the materials they've paid for.
