There are three different guarantees available, depending on what your project is:

Full Contract Where your builder manages the whole project on your behalf.	Carpentry Labour Only Where you decide to act as project manager and will organise all the materials and sub contractors directly, so the guarantee applies only to the builder’s work.	Kitset Loss of Deposit Covers you when you’ve paid your deposit but something happens, such as the death, disappearance, legal incapacity, or insolvency of the builder or the kitset provider, and you don’t receive the materials you’ve paid for.
