How Much Does It Cost?

The warranty is usually paid for by the homeowner.  Some builders will itemise it on their quote while others will include it as part of their service.   You should always ask your builder to include a warranty in their quote.

The WaterTight Warranty is very reasonably priced and depends on the value of the repair contract.

Leaky home repairs can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, so if something happens and your builder can’t complete them, or a problem arises later, having a warranty is a small price to pay for peace of mind.  After all, you wouldn't buy a TV without a warranty, so why would you spend thousands of dollars on your home without one?

And given that a WaterTight Warranty will help you sell you home faster and for more, by giving prospective buyers reassurance that any future problems will be covered, it represents an excellent investment in maintaining the value of your home.
