Errors & Omissions Indemnity claims can be quite distressing because such claims usually involve financial loss to a person for which you are being blamed.

As soon as practicable you should call us to report any claim or intimation of a claim to be made against you on  0800 BUILTIN (284 584) and discuss the issues with our Claims Manager.

Once you have done this submit your claim form together with copies of any and all correspondence holding you liable or which are pertinent to your claim.

IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances should you make any admission, offer, promise or payment in connection with any occurrence or claim.
