You should call us to report any claim on 0800 BUILTIN (284 584) and discuss the issues with our Claims Manager.

Once you have done this you will need to send us a letter outlining your claim, together with copies of any and all correspondence which are pertinent to your claim.

IMPORTANT: You must continue to seek recovery of the money owed to you by your main contractor.
