Carpentry Labour Only Guarantee

Non-Completion (limited to the lesser of 20% of the Contract Price or $50,000) due to the builder’s death, disappearance or legal incapacity, insolvency, cancellation or suspension of licence, early termination due to wrongful failure or refusal to complete.
 
Structural Defects for 7 or 10 Years and Non-Structural Defects for 2 Years (limited to $50,000).
 
Alternative Accommodation and Removal Costs in the event of this being necessary to best resolve a claim.
